SeaWorld Orlando Receives 2015 Community Service Award from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida

This past Friday, SeaWorld Orlando was awarded the 2015 Community Service Award from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida at their annual Golf Classic at Rosen Shingle Creek.

For more than 37 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida has helped local youth in need with professional counseling and individual mentoring. SeaWorld Orlando is honored to help support this organization through event sponsorship, donations and volunteer work.

Tim Carrier, a member of the SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Corporate Team who also serves as a member of the organization’s board was also recognized at Friday’s event. Carrier was honored with a distinguished service award for his co-chairing of the golf classic committee.

"We deeply value our partners in the community to share a vision to help provide children a promising future with one-on-one mentoring, and SeaWorld has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our organization”, said Rich Bradley, Chairman of the Board, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida.
