Chef Hector Colon has joined SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment as the Orlando parks' Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Operations.
Chef Colon brings more than 20 years of culinary experience to SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. Previously, he was Banquet Chef at Walt Disney World and held Executive Chef positions at Universal’s Latin Quarter, Downtown Disney's Bongos Cuban Cafe and the Samba Room. Most recently, he was the Executive Chef at Morgan’s Mango, a Caribbean restaurant in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.
A resident of Central Florida, Chef Colon received a Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute in Clearwater, Florida.
