Halloween Spooktacular kicks off this weekend at SeaWorld Orlando and all of the fun-loving creatures are waiting for you! Colorful fish and friendly sea witches are just some of the characters you’ll meet along your way. Get to know a few of our most popular ones by reading their stories below…
Princess Penelope Pumpkin Fish
When an unknown creature appeared to threaten the kingdom, little Penelope PumpkinFish bravely investigated the mystery, only to discover that the spooky creature was a harmless, misunderstood spider crab. Penelope befriended him, and her heroic act earned her everyone’s admiration. Because of her bravery, wisdom, and friendliness, Penelope was declared to be the Princess of the entire Undersea Kingdom. Halloween Spooktacular is now an undersea kingdom-wide festival to honor Princess Penelope, and everyone is invited to celebrate with her at Princess Penelope’s Party Zone.
Scooter the Spider Crab
Scooter the Spider Crab was once a slightly spooky, misunderstood creature of the deep but is now a trusted member of Princess Penelope PumpkinFish’s Royal Guard. Scooter is no longer shy and afraid of meeting people. He has come out of his shell and proven to be friendly, fearless and faithful. At Halloween Spooktacular, Scooter will teach tots the duties of the Royal Guard, from the tradition of the “Changing of the Gourd” to how best celebrate at Princess Penelope’s Party Zone.
