Ingredients:
1 pound red potatoes
½ tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon dry oregano
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Cut red potatoes into wedges
2. Mix all ingredients and marinate potatoes
3. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown
