As the temperature starts to rise outside, you might be looking for a new, refreshing dish to prepare. Try this tropical-infused chicken stir-fry recipe, straight from SeaWorld Orlando’s very own Seafire Inn.
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 package frozen oriental-style vegetables (16-ounce)
2 cups of honey mustard
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
¼ teaspoon dry ginger
1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
Hot, cooked rice
Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet with hot vegetable oil, stir-fry chicken and garlic for 10 minutes
2. Add vegetables, stir and cook 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisped
3. Add honey mustard, soy sauce, ginger and hoisin sauce
4. Stir to mix well, cover skillet, and let simmer 5 minutes
5. Serve over rice and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
