Foodie Friday -- Sensational Stuffed Mushrooms

This scrumptious mushroom stuffing recipe, straight from SeaWorld’s Chef Colon, is an inexpensive way to enjoy a restaurant favorite at home!

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
½ cup yellow onion, diced small
½ - ¾ cup chorizo sausage, diced small
Salt and pepper, to taste
8-ounce package of button mushrooms
½ cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon shredded parmesan

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees
2. Sauté onion and chorizo sausage until cooked, remove from heat
3. Mix in parmesan and bread crumbs
4. Clean mushrooms and remove stems, fill with mix
5. Cook stuffed mushrooms for at least 12-15 minutes
