Foodie Friday -- Key Lime Pie

One of the top debates in Florida is who has the best key lime pie. And if you can’t escape to the Keys this summer, you can still have a taste of the tropics by baking your own island treat. This SeaWorld Orlando Cypress Bakery specialty is the perfect, cool-down dessert on a hot summer night. Enjoy!

Pie Ingredients:
3 cups sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
cup key lime juice

Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients:
cup melted butter
1 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:
1. Mix the condensed milk and eggs until blended
2. Add lime juice
3. In separate bowl, mix butter and graham cracker crumbs together
4. In a greased and papered 8” cake pan, firmly pack 2 cups of the graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of the pan; pour batter into the pan
5. Place cake pan in the oven in a water bath (cookie sheet holding water)
6. Bake at 280 degrees for 55 minutes
7. Remove from pans while still warm; chill then serve
