Chat with Chef: The Dock House Baja Grill

I’m sure I’m not the only one who loves layers and texture in their food – which is why I’m super excited for SeaWorld San Diego’s latest addition to its culinary line up: The Dock House Baja Grill, located near Manta!

I don’t even know where to begin to sing my praises for another one of Chef’s delicious ideas.

The concept is simple: you can choose between tacos, nachos, a burrito or a salad. No matter your pick, all the ingredients will be there, sans the most important part – the chicken.

Foodie Friday -- Sensational Stuffed Mushrooms

This scrumptious mushroom stuffing recipe, straight from SeaWorld’s Chef Colon, is an inexpensive way to enjoy a restaurant favorite at home!

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
cup yellow onion, diced small
- cup chorizo sausage, diced small
Salt and pepper, to taste
8-ounce package of button mushrooms
cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon shredded parmesan
