There's a dessert lover in all of us, so for this month's "Chat with Chef", we decided to highlight the newest addition to SeaWorld San Diego's culinary choices -- Crepes by Skytower!

As always, Chef, we've got to ask -- what inspired Crepes?
We wanted to create a fun, fresh and bold dessert that you could enjoy on a pathway. Guests have the opportunity to watch the creation of their crepe. It's more than just a show -- it's an artwork in the making.

Located between Manta and Dolphin Point, SeaWorld San Diego's Manny Ray's offers unique and original food choices, ranging from pulled pork and California cheese steak flatbread pizzas to chipotle turkey wrap and kalua pork sandwiches. Foodie Friday -- Creamy Cheesecake

There are so many different variations of cheesecake, but they all have one thing in common – the delicious, creamy taste. This recipe, by SeaWorld’s Chef Colon, also includes a homemade crust to go with the rich cheesecake filling, so save room for dessert!

Crust Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
cup butter, softened

Foodie Friday -- Sensational Stuffed Mushrooms

This scrumptious mushroom stuffing recipe, straight from SeaWorld’s Chef Colon, is an inexpensive way to enjoy a restaurant favorite at home!

2 teaspoons olive oil
cup yellow onion, diced small
- cup chorizo sausage, diced small
Salt and pepper, to taste
8-ounce package of button mushrooms
cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon shredded parmesan
