It’s springtime at SeaWorld San Diego, and many of us here at the park are gearing up for Easter this weekend! In an effort to celebrate the holiday in a fun way, we are putting a unique spin on the traditional Easter egg hunt. This blog features a search not for colorful Easter eggs, but rather, animal eggs!

The Friday before Easter, a group of dedicated SeaWorld Orlando team members hosted an Easter party for the children at Arnold Palmer Hospital in downtown Orlando. Kids were able to take a break from their treatments and enjoy a special Easter celebration just for them, featuring some famous SeaWorld characters.

Looking for a last-minute side dish for Easter? This easy-to-make roasted potatoes recipe fits the bill. They're so good, that chefs at our very own Discovery Cove say these herb-infused potatoes taste great paired with just about anything!

Ingredients:
1 pound red potatoes
½ tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon dry oregano
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
