Happy Milestone for "SeaWorld's Happy Tails"

Earlier this year we launched “SeaWorld’s Happy Tails” to encourage adoptions of homeless dogs and cats from local animal shelters. The program thanks pet lovers in our hometown markets with two free single-day admissions to SeaWorld when they adopt a dog or cat from participating shelters.

CUTE ALERT: It’s Pupping Season at SeaWorld Orlando

This past week, our SeaWorld Orlando family welcomed two adorable California sea lions. The sea lions were born at Pacific Point Preserve on June 23 and June 26. The recent sea lion births were among six that have taken place over the past few weeks during pupping season.

SeaWorld Orlando Helps Care For Three Sandbar Sharks Involved In I-95 Crash

Last night, our Animal Rescue Team was contacted and asked to help care for three Sandbar sharks that were unfortunately involved in a serious accident along I-95 during their transport from Miami to New York.

Our team quickly headed to the scene and successfully rescued three adult male Sandbar sharks – also known as brown sharks - and transported them back to our facility for immediate care.
